Sunday Runs
These are links to the two most
frequently run routes on a Sunday Morning. Runs may be in either
direction and there are many variations. Runs are one hour or ninety
minutes. Wednesday summer runs are usually variations of the same
route but maximum one hour with a 40 minute option.
Wednesday Runs
Routes for Wednesday runs in the dark
are very varied. Depending on numbers Runs usually split into 2
groups Fast (can run 10K in less than about 45 mins), The Rest (10K
in over 45 mins). Both runs are 1 hour but with the option to turn
back after 20 minutes making a 40 minute run. Both follow the same
route on the night but with minor variations to allow for the
different pace.
